This intensive one-day workshop is designed for experienced rope technicians looking to expand their rigging capabilities in complex environments. The course aims to develop critical thinking, rigging theory, anchor design, and the construction of relevant horizontal systems for urban rescue scenarios.
Participants will explore the principles behind traditional highlines and examine alternative systems better suited for infrastructure-heavy environments. Through hands-on problem solving and scenario-based learning, students will evaluate anchor options, build efficient rigging systems, and adapt horizontal movement techniques to real-world obstacles.
This workshop is ideal for technicians seeking to improve system design, and develop the decision-making skills required to solve complex rescue problems in the built environment.
